The Symbols.
Each of these symbols depict how high or how low in spirit am i at the momment, i gave each their own
name and a *somewhat* meaning between their design and name ^^, these are essentially a tribute to
Rain World's Karma! Ashley lives her day to day from imagining she's in a videogame herself, which
might sound lame or cringey (and probably is) but its how i make out of my life a slightly more
exciting and personalized experience. And with how much rainworld means to me, i had started to
integrate one of the most iconic aspects of it to my own life :3.
Right here they are arranged ascendingly, (-2 is the worst possible mood and +5 is the best possible one).
(-2) The Waves. |
At the shore exists the border between the mind's well-being and its worst thoughts, the sea drifts and carries all the pain. When the tide floods the shore and the waves break fiercely, the perception of reality and one's self become blurry. |
|---|---|
(-1) The Gate. |
A physical barrier between two spaces, one can observe, and perhaps even interact from the other side, but crossing it proves to be rather difficult, therefor limiting the ability to act. |
(+0) The Wisp. |
A small, fragile spirit with physical ties to our world. Aloof and restless, will continue to remain while it holds itself to the commitment of fulfilling its desire in order to leave behind this plane and move on. |
(+1) The Murk. |
When the night falls, and the silence dominates, the mind's deep and quiet thoughts become louder. Remaining awake, your own fade source of light is one of the other few visible in the vast distance. |
(+2) The Sunset. |
As the morning star begins to hide in the horizon, and the sunlight becomes more faint, while half of the sky reveals the distant stars surrounded by the dark night sky, the other half remains as ever bright as it could ever be. |
(+3) The Bloom. |
After each cold and long winter, a spring follows, and with it the flowers begin to flourish and reveal its true and beautiful colors, for long hidden inside its bud. |
(+4) The house. |
A familiar and safe space that separates the dynamics of the ever changing environment from the warmth and protection of a home. From where peace reigns, one feels specially belonging to. |
(+5) The Jellyfish. |
Completely worry-less and immersed in harmony, the jellyfish lets itself be blissfully carried by the flows of the water's currents. Lacking of inner thoughts it would otherwise be satisfied by the conditions at which it exists today, where as everything is exactly as it should be. |
